Questions You May Have:

We want clients at our colon cleaning salon to be well-informed and feel comfortable. The information below will help answer many of the questions you may have.

Q: What type of colon cleansing (high enema, colon irrigation) device do you have in your office?

A: We use the Colenz Enema Open System. It will cleanse the entire colon (number of sessions to be determined) using filtered water. The device is an "open system" which provides a comfortable procedure while maintaining the dignity of the client. There is no offensive odors or mess. There is no repeated getting up and down. It is a private session with only you in the room and the device provides an effective cleansing of the colon while providing comfort and most importantly, safety. The client simply lies down and relaxes throughout the course of the session.

Q: What is your scheduling/cancellation policy?

A: Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, our wait listed clients miss the opportunity to take advantage of the openings and we lose out on income important to our livelihood. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance in the hopes that with any last minute schedule changes, we can accommodate accordingly. Due to the personal connection between you and your service provider, a Cancellation and No Show fee will apply to ensure this continued relationship.

”No Shows” and cancelations of appointments within 12 hours of the service time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Q:Is your facility private?

A: Yes. Our private entrance is inconspicuous and your privacy is my utmost concern.
